Valoilmiö Festival (Festival of Light Phenomenon) is a city festival that is open to everyone and free of charge.
The festival is organized for the second time in Hämeenlinna from November 23rd to 25th.
During that time, many different light installations will be displayed all around the city between 5 pm and 9 pm.
The three day festival offers pieces of art, exhibitions, workshops and performances.
The festival is organized by the Cultural Centre ARX in cooperation with many other partners.
